clean rooms, efficient air conditioning, lovely toiletries
Lighting too cold!!! Small room with a low ceiling, hard bed against the wall, not enough plugs for devices, WiFi only at the pool and reception. Definitely needs a more comfortable setup!!!

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
The hacienda-style building and traditional artwork throughout the hotel created a unique atmosphere. Being only a few minutes from the archeological site.

No complaints, I had a relaxing stay and would stay here again. Suitable place for one night, felt like home. Perfect service was provided here. The location of the hotel was marvellous - at a medium distance from a stunning ruin.

Location is the main plus. Food is better at the neighboring lodge, and the beds are hard. You pay a lot to be this close.

The hotel's proximity to the Chichen Itza ruins allows for easy access, making it a fantastic base for exploring the site early in the morning.
Some aspects of the room could use updating, particularly the lack of coffee-making facilities and the absence of a TV.

Being so close to Chichen Itza was so convenient, it is really only a 10 min walk down the road. We hired a guide from the hotel and I would recommend getting one as they know all the little details of the area. The pool area was was relaxing to come back to and have a beer after waling around for 3hrs in the ruins.
The pool lounge chairs were under a trees that birds were eating from and the seed casings were falling all over the place, not a big problem as all you had to do was move your chair.

Cleanliness, Pool, close to the ruins!
Hard to find, should have better signs on the road. Poor road next to hotel!

The room was splendid and big, really enjoyed its views over garden. A safe, iron/ironing board and a work desk worked well and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was located in the center of the city.
